Daria Salusbury
Co-Founder
Daria has an extensive track record of success for more than 30 years through the delivery of more than $12 billion in luxury residential and mixed-use real estate developments to market. She has worked as both a developer and broker in major cities across the U.S., including New York City, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles During her 25-year tenure at Related Companies, Daria served as Senior Vice President responsible for the luxury residential rental division consisting of more than 10,000 units nationwide. Her strategic input was integral to the development and design of the company’s largest luxury residential projects and her leadership guided the success of the leasing team. Under her management, Related’s developments achieved some of the highest prices per square foot in the nation. Daria pioneered a new era in innovative residential amenities, helping to create the elevated lifestyle experience for which the Related brand has become synonymous. Now she leverages her skills to help RE-MODL clients achieve equivalent levels of success.
Dawn Dardzinski
Co-Founder
With more than 30 years of combine leadership experience, Dawn spent 16 years in Financial Services with JPMorgan Chase, managing the development of leading-edge technology products such as Chase Online Banking, Morgan Online and the JPMorgan Access Portal. Later, she spent 8 years at Related Companies as the IT Program Manager responsible for all Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Property Management and Building Technology. Dawn is the Managing Member of D2D Consulting Services and has been successfully providing technology and management consulting services to the Real Estate industry since its inception in 2017.
